We ensure to be at each house within a certain time, but if there is a last minute change in our schedule or we get held up in traffic we will contact the client immediately and inform the delay, but please give us at least 30 minutes to arrive from your cleaning appointment time we set up, as there are also days when we have to get more work done than others FROM what we expect for the day. If necessary, we can reschedule at (no charge) as soon as the next day or up to 7 days from the day of your cleaning appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and last-minute changes and its ok if we need to reschedule BUT, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS soon as possible so we can make arrangements in our work schedule. We wont charge a fee for the first 3 last minute cancellations, BUT  AFTER THE 3rd Cancellation  24 hrs before the day of your cleaning appointment will be considered as last minute cancellation and we will charge a fee of $20 dollar for rescheduling a cleaning service. It will also be applied if we are unable to enter your home due to no one being home or no key left to enter. Please understand that the reason why we charge an additional fee for last minute cancellations, is because we already have a work schedule set up for the day , and unfortunately there’s times when we can’t make last minute arrangements on our schedule, we waste gas, time and sometimes we lose new clients. We kindly ask for all clients to please give us our space to clean when getting a cleaning service done, we would like to prevent incidents with vacuum cords, wet floors, trash bags, or cleaning supplies on the way. We don’t want for any client to get injured, or any other members in the house. Please MAKE PAYMENTS ONCE WE FINISH OUR CLEANING SERVICE TO AVOID LATE PAYMENT FEES … we accept cash, cash app ($laurascleaning12), VENMO (laurascleaning12), ZELLE (WORKING ON PAYMENT METHOS) .
